1. Introduction

Welcome to Rabbit Road Distributor (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operating under the domain rabbit-roads.net. By accessing or using our website, services, demo games, or related distribution materials (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User”, “Partner”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Our Services are intended solely for legal entities operating in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. By engaging with our Services, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary regulatory approvals and licenses required under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Rabbit Road, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, source code, and game mechanics, remain the exclusive property of InOut Games and its authorized distributor. No rights are transferred except as expressly licensed in writing.

5. Distribution License

Operators granted access to the Rabbit Road game and promotional assets receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to integrate the game strictly for lawful operations in authorized markets. Unauthorized sublicensing, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

6. Fees and Payments

Commercial terms, including revenue share, setup fees, and payment schedules, shall be governed by individual agreements between Distributor and Operator. Late payments may accrue interest at a statutory rate of 8% per annum above the applicable base rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Distributor disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm. Total liability shall not exceed the aggregate fees paid by the Operator in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Compliance & Responsible Play

Operators are obligated to implement responsible gaming practices, including age verification, deposit limits, and self-exclusion systems. Distributor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-compliance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
